last week was a totally emotional week..with the increasing amount of work and open posting constantly at the back of my mind, it was the breaking point..didn't help that a colleague kept rambling about his future in sch n how valued he is..because of it i got quite affected and wanted to either speak to my RO or P about it..i'm glad i decided to speak to my RO instead of going to the P straight away..i had my doubts speaking to my RO because she always give politically correct answers and i didn't need any of that from her..strangely she spoke to me differently this time which really made me appreciate speaking to her..of course while speaking to her halfway i burst into tears and unable to control it..its like all the stress came streaming down..she did give me some reassurance about things and thinks i'm worrying too early..decided to give myself another 1-2 years at least..so well i'll be stuck here..

of course i had various ppl giving me assurance and simply being there for me..special thanks to leroy, eddy and wendy..ah sng if you are reading this your words really made a great impact on me n i'm really thankful for that..sng's words made some powerful impact i would say..its like some ppl's word u listen and forget..what leroy said is still stuck somewhere in my head:)

finally also completed the paper that i had to write..finally 1 down..will be having choir competition this week!and as annoying as some kids are, i was shocked when a sec 1 kid told me that she wanted to withdraw from the competition on sat cause she is having church service..i was shocked initially seeing her commitment to God and not wanting to miss her church service..at that moment i didn't really know how to explain to her that the competition was something that happens only once a year..to her it didn't matter whether we win or lose..however if every student came up to me to tell me they have plans on sat and wants to withdraw then we simply dont need to take part in any competition cause no one is ever free on the same day..sigh..am i sure i'm giving up 1-2 years for this!!??

its the time of the year again where open postings can be done and those thinking of changing to another school of their choice are applying for it..i'm not sure whether i wanna change sch..though of course i would love to teach in a better sch and deal with much better discipline kids..but somehow i think God put me in this sch for a reason..and of course some say i have prospects in this sch..i'm not too sure about prospects but i do like some areas of my job here in this sch..however where students are concerned, i am still not used to the idea of dealing with spoilt kids whose intellectual level are not as high as other sch kids..there is a difference..spoilt kids who are smart and spoilt kids who are not smart but always think they are smart..everytime i see something disguisting, i would always tell myself if i have a kid i will not let my kid behave in that unsightly maneer cause its disguisting in my eye..

so as to now..i still have no idea about this sch choice..i thought i had my mind set already when having a chat with a colleague a few months back but i guess due to occurances of things i am sighing again..
